Free tools
The free tools cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Subscriptions
- New subscribers can ask for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.
- After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for; that period is not refunded.
- If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we refund it.
Passes
A one-time pass can be refunded within 7 days if you haven't used its paid features yet.
AI credits
- Credits used by a job that failed on our side are returned to your balance automatically.
- Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable.
How to ask
Email [support@your-domain] from your account's email address with the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments; banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. Your legal consumer rights are not affected.
