Frequently asked questions

Is my video uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser using your own device. Your video never leaves your computer or phone.

What does 1080p mean for a vertical video?

Presets set the short side. 1080p is 1920 × 1080 for landscape and 1080 × 1920 for a vertical phone video.

Can I make a video bigger?

Yes, but upscaling can't add detail, so the result won't look sharper than the original.

Why are sizes always even numbers?

Video encoders require even widths and heights, so VideoTouro rounds to the nearest even pixel.

Which browsers are supported?

Recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari (16.4+). The tool uses WebCodecs, your browser's built-in video encoder, and tells you before you start if something isn't supported.
