Frequently asked questions
Is my recording uploaded?
No. Recording and saving happen in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and the recording disappears when you close the page unless you download it.
How long can I record?
There is no fixed limit. Recordings are kept in memory until you save them, so very long recordings need a device with enough free memory.
Why is there no sound from my computer?
Tick "Share audio" in the browser's sharing dialog. Chrome and Edge can share tab sound everywhere and system sound on Windows; some browsers can't share sound at all.
Does it work on phones?
Most mobile browsers don't allow screen recording. Use your phone's built-in screen recorder instead.
